We need to put together a business plan to provide structure to this venture as well as identify roles and responsibilities among us 3 as well as Software Rollout Release 1, Revenue Streams, Investors and Grant Opportunities.
LLC
As a team we need to discuss the structure of the organization in terms of LLC. I put together the document below a few months back and we need to circle back to review and discuss (Click on the PDF Icon to review).
We also need to discuss a rollout strategy as it relates to High School, College and Pros as well as which sports we will target initially versus long range. We have had preliminary conversations but need to get more specifics
Finally there needs to be a strong "About Us" Page that highlights Walt's vision and progress to date. This will be the selling page for investors and potential grants. I recall from previous conversations that Walt has tons of materials on this we just need to organize is a prospectus format.
